Thomas Tilden Blanton, Jr., age 70, of Jackson, KY passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at his residence in Jackson of an extended illness. He was born February 1, 1956, in Jackson, KY and was the son of the late Thomas Tilden “Teeberry” Blanton and Julia Mize Blanton Frazier. He was preceded in death also by one sister: Teresa Joseph.
He is survived by wife: Lyvoughn Hall Blanton of Jackson, KY. Two sons: Jared Blanton & Joy of Florida. Thomas Blanton, III of KY. Two brothers: Michael Dean Frazier and Kelly and Timothy Frazier, both of Front Royal, VA. Three sisters; Leah Rae Fugate & Gary of Jackson, KY. Tammy Little & Dennis and Sherry Johnson & Lowell, both of Front Royal, VA. He is also survived by a host of grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Todd Nibert officiating. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am Thursday until time of service. Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
