Daytime closures of KY 1110 in Breathitt County Monday-Friday, June 2-6

Drivers who use KY 1110 in Breathitt County should prepare to take an alternate route next week. Cribbing at a site where steel was recently drilled to repair a pavement break, and installation of a drainage structure, is scheduled to begin Monday, June 2.

The road will be blocked during daytime hours, typically 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., through Friday, June 6, at milepoint 0.75. This location is just north of KY 28 near the Breathitt-Perry county line.

No signed detour will be posted, but drivers can use KY 28, KY 315, and KY 1933 as an alternate route.

Fewer than 350 vehicles use this section of KY 1110 each day.
