Virginia Barbee, 43, wife of Milton Barbee, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Born in Pikeville, Kentucky, on August 17, 1982, she was the daughter of Earl Chapman and the late Carol Leann Fish Epperson. Virginia was a devoted homemaker and also worked as a daycare teacher, where she cared for and nurtured countless children.
In addition to her loving husband and father, she is survived by her beloved "Mommy," Charlotte Chapman; Stepmom, Eva Chapman; her children, Kyle Caudill and James Caudill; her cherished grandchildren, Olivia Caudill and Jackson Caudill; her siblings, Russell Banta, Christian Chapman, Kevin Chapman, Scotty Burns, Earl Chapman II, and Payton Chapman; her aunts and uncles, Billy Jo Fish, Mike Robinette, Patty Blankenship, Paulette Robinette, Penny Oiler, Ethel Mitchell, and Carl Chapman; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss her greatly.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Payton and Eunice Chapman and Ed and Ella Robinette Fish and her uncle, Jackie Lee Wolford.
In keeping with Virginia's wishes, cremation will take place and her Memorial Service will be held at Life Impact Church, 11 North Queen Street, Mt. Sterling on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 1:00PM.
