William C. Hall, 29, of Highway 1110, was indicted on February 3, 2026, by the Breathitt County Grand Jury, on two counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree of a child less than twelve years of age.
Trooper Kevin Day provided information about the investigations he conducted following alleged incidents involving two young females on July 7 and July 28, 2025.
After hearing the evidence, the Grand Jury returned two separate indictments charging Hall with two Class C felonies.
Hall was arrested by Deputy Brad Herald of the Breathitt County Sheriff’s Office on February 4, 2026, and lodged in the Kentucky Regional Jail in Hazard at 12:40 p.m.
His bail was set at $25,000 full cash.
He appeared in Breathitt Circuit Court on February 6 and waived a formal arraignment and entered a “not guilty plea.” Hall is scheduled for a pretrial conference on March 20.
