Swango Clemons: Count I: wanton endangerment 1st degree, when he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to Kia Barbona by shooting a firearm in her direction.

John Napier Jr.: Count I: assault, 1st degree, when he knowingly and unlawfully shot Bobby Taulbee in the hand, causing serious physical harm to him; Count II: wanton endangerment, 1st degree; Count II: wanton endangerment 1st degree, when he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to Zachary Taulbee, Jordan Taulbee, and Carson Taulbee, by shooting a firearm in their direction; Count III: wanton endangerment 1st degree, when he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to Zachary Taulbee, Jordan Taulbee, and Carson Taulbee, by shooting a firearm in their direction; Count III: wanton endangerment 1st degree, when he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to Zachary Taulbee, Jordan Taulbee, and Carson Taulbee, by shooting a firearm in their direction; Count V: terroristic threatening, 3rd degree, when he knowingly and unlawfully threatened to shoot his neighbor Bobby Taulbee; Count VI: public intoxication 1st and 2nd offense, when he appeared in a public place manifestly under the influence of alcohol.

Charlie Noble: Count I: wanton endangerment, 1st degree, when he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to Alexis O’Hara by shooting a fireman into the floorboard of the car she was driving and into the air near her; Count II: wanton endangerment, 1st degree,  when he wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to May Noble by shooting a fireman into the floorboard of the car she was a passenger in; Count III: criminal mischief, 1st, when he knowingly and unlawfully shot a gun unto the car belonging to Alexis O’Hara causing damage, without permission; Count IV: terroristic threatening, 3rd degree, when he knowingly and unlawfully threatened to shoot his mother May Noble and Alexis O’Hara; Count V: assault 4th degree minor injury, when he intentionally caused physical injury to his mother, May Noble.

John D. Noble: Count I: strangulation 1st degree, when he intentionally impeded the normal breathing of Mary Combs by applying pressure on her neck; Count II: assault, 4th degree minor injury, when he intentionally and unlawfully attempted to cause physical injury to Mary Combs; Count III: prescription controlled substance not in original container, when he knowingly and unlawfully failed to possess controlled substances in the container in which it was delivered to him, by the person who prescribed it.
