Edward Fugate

Edward Fugate, 75, Winchester passed away Saturday, May 4, at the Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester. He was a retired machine operator. He loved taking rides, attending car shows, mowing the yard and loved watching Steve Harvey and Family Feud. He was the father of the late William Edward Fugate; the son of the late Ambrose and Meadie Miller Fugate and the brother of the late Joseph Fugate, Estill Fugate and Bessie Combs. He is survived by his wife of 56 years and 8 months, Gladys Haddix Fugate; son, Timothy Joseph Fugate; daughter, Amy Jaclyn Rouse; brother, Robert Lee Fugate; sisters, Clara Jean Combs, Janice Campbell, Tina Brewer, Ellen Dunn, Diane Peterson, Brenda Townsend; grandchildren, Thomas, Joseph, Benjamin, Anthony, TJ, Claudia, Oliver; great grandchildren; Jennifer, Zander, Phoenix. Visitation will be Monday, May 6, 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Funeral service will be Tuesday, May 7, 1:00 PM at the funeral home with burial following in the T Point Cemetery at Clayhole. Serving as pallbearers will be Timothy Joseph Fugate, TJ Fugate, Raymond Scott Combs, Anthony Espinal, Tommy Noble, Greg Rouse and Randy Combs.
