Betty Jo Raleigh

Betty Jo Raleigh, age 78, of Altro, KY passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at her residence. She was born February 24, 1946 at Altro, KY and was the daughter of the late Cale Raleigh and Effie Johnson Raleigh Begley. She also was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Raleigh. She is survived by three brothers: James (Eula) Raleigh of Whick, KY; Cale (Grace) Raleigh, Jr of Verona, KY and Luther Raleigh of Altro, KY. Two sisters: Rosa Noble and Martha (Thomas) Herald, both of Altro, KY. A special neice. Michelle Deaton Sizemore. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, many cousins and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the Altro Church of God, Hwy 1110, Altro, KY with Chris Turner officiating. Burial in the Raleigh Cemetery at Wolfcoal, KY. Visitation will begin on Friday at 5:00 pm at the Altro Church of God. Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
